These terms are available at any time via direct access on the Site and may be supplemented, if necessary, by specific service agreements or contracts.

3. Access to the Site and Services

Any natural person who has the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Minors may only use the Services under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.

Any legal entity acting through an authorized individual with the capacity to contract on behalf of the legal entity.

4. Registration and User Account

4.1 To use the Services, users must either:

Complete the registration form available on the Site;

Or register using third-party login options (e.g. Google or Skool integrations), if provided.

In both cases, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and select a time slot for an onboarding call. Upon submission, ForCyclers will contact the user to assess eligibility and confirm the appropriate program.

Once registration is approved and payment completed, users receive access to their personal account (“User Account”).

4.2 By registering, users confirm that all information provided is true and agree to keep their account credentials confidential. Any use of the Site with those credentials will be considered as performed by the account owner.

4.3 Users agree to use the Services strictly for personal purposes and are responsible for all activities under their account.

5. Acceptance of the Terms

By registering on the Site or using the Services, users agree to be bound by these terms without limitation or reservation. Any partial or conditional acceptance will be considered null and void.
